We require Maintenance Team Leader to work in a fast-paced environment, working with high-speed automated machinery, equipment, and robotic systems. In your role as a Maintenance Team Leader, manage and lead a team of multidiscipline engineers, delivering all aspects of the engineering service within KPI guidelines.

The position of Maintenance Team Leader will include:

• To manage and lead a team of multidiscipline engineers, delivering all aspects of the engineering service within KPI guidelines.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to a satisfactory level as per the Service Level Agreement for the customer.
• Conduct performance management reviews.
• Coach and mentor, your team and be a positive role model.
• Able to understand teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Able to analyse and lead under high pressure and during difficult situations.

The suitable candidate for the Maintenance Team Leader will need to possess the following experience:

• Apprentice trained electrical or mechanical engineer, with a minimum level 3 qualification
• Previous experience in a Maintenance Team Leaders role
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with robotics, high speed machinery, and automated systems
