Our client is a leading British manufacturer and distributor of high-quality pipe fittings. Located in near Acocks Green, the company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for sales administration.
Key tasks will cover:
- Answer the telephone, taking customer enquiries and transferring call to appropriate staff member
- Review fax log throughout the day, ensuring that all correspondence is acted upon or forwarded to the relevant employee.
- Enter/convert Sales order on the system relational database ensuring that all information corresponds with customers purchase order.
- Email sales order acknowledgement to customers.
- Ensure copy of customer order to the sales order on database
- Progress all delivery queries from customers
- Arrange shipping paperwork for same day orders and book transport.
- Service customers PODs requested in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the sales team as and when required
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday – 9 – 5
