Position: Junior Recruiter/Resourcer

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 + uncapped commission

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Recruiter/Resourcer to join our ever growing team in Coventry. We are a niche Technical Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Robotics & Automation, Technical Engineering and Manufacturing industry sectors across the UK and Europe. We offer a friendly, professional environment, providing a consultative approach to the recruitment process, working with a number of high-tech manufacturing companies within the UK and Europe.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with an interest in engineering, helping to recruit technical candidates in to companies specialising in industrial automation, robotics, bespoke machinery, innovative manufacturing systems and general engineering. We will provide full training and development.

Key attributes required for the Apprentice Recruiter vacancy:

• An appetite to learn and develop.
• A get up and go attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• A good work ethic.
• Previous experience working in a customer service or sales position would be advantageous although not essential.
