We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an accomplished CEO to join a thriving family-owned enterprise. The CEO position will encompass complete ownership of all site functions, leading a transformative journey focused on increasing profitability, employee engagement, broadening the customer base, and defining a streamlined structure through the implementation of efficient systems and processes tailored to our business.

The business is seeking an inspirational leader with strong experience in operations, finance, marketing, sales, and human resources, with strong communication skills. You will be adept at maintaining a delicate balance between hands-on involvement and strategic direction, ensuring a well-defined business strategy while simultaneously upholding seamless daily operations to cater to customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Assume full accountability for P&L management and reporting.
• Provide invaluable leadership coaching to your team, optimising their performance in each facet of operations and ensuring their responsibility for outcomes.
• Spearhead advancements through innovative thinking and adept change management.
• Integrate contemporary and advanced methodologies into our work processes.
• Foster and cultivate robust relationships with customers and suppliers, identifying avenues to diversify our customer portfolio.
• Guarantee adherence to all legal stipulations, including health and safety, employment regulations, data protection, and other compliance mandates.
• Cultivate an affirmative, engaging, and supportive company culture, fostering an inclusive and secure environment characterised by open, honest communication and empowerment.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a CEO or in a senior leadership capacity, evidenced by tangible accomplishments and goal attainment.
• Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing successful business strategies and plans, with a clear and decisive vision for the company’s direction.
• Robust grasp of corporate governance, finance, marketing, operations, sales, and human resources, overseeing multiple functions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and public speaking prowess, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• Astute analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Dedication to the company’s values, mission, and vision.
• Experience in managing an owner-operated enterprise.
• To maintain a positive team spirit during both successes and challenges.
• Keen commercial acumen, enabling effective negotiation with influential customers while delivering commercially viable solutions.
